While most tech begins in a boardroom, Clync began in leasing offices and renter apartments.

Our founders started under the Seattle fog: leasing agents by day, renters by night. We saw how much friction lived in the day-to-day work of property teams, and how stale the resident experience still felt for the people actually living in these buildings.

For Leasing Teams

We build technology that feels invisible. Embedded in the workflows you already run, not another app to log into or another dashboard to babysit. Our goal is to make what already works work better, not pile more software on top of your team's plate.

When a resident submits move-in documents or a move-out notice, your team gets the details by email. No new login. No extra step. Just less chasing paper and fewer dropped handoffs.

For Residents

As renters, we hated how old and traditional the experience still is. Move-in packets in folders. Static flyers in the lobby. No real sense that you live in a community with the people next door.

Clync is built to change that: a modern resident experience from move-in to move-out, with local deals, neighborhood connection, and tools that meet residents where they already are.

How We Build

The technology we ship is not built by need-to-profit minds sketching features in a vacuum. It comes from lived experience and a genuine desire to break the grandfather traditions property management companies are stuck with.

We trade master keys for code because we believe the industry deserves tools that respect how leasing teams actually work and how residents actually want to live.

What We Stand For

  • Invisible by design: Technology that fits into existing workflows instead of asking teams to adopt another platform.
  • Better, not bigger: We improve the flow of work and the resident experience. We do not add complexity for its own sake.
  • Built from the ground up: Shaped by leasing office reality and renter frustration, not by a slide deck about upselling features.
"We didn't set out to sell property management another platform. We set out to make the work and the living experience feel like they belong in this decade."
