Our founders started under the Seattle fog: leasing agents by day, renters by night. We saw how much friction lived in the day-to-day work of property teams, and how stale the resident experience still felt for the people actually living in these buildings.

As renters, we hated how old and traditional the experience still is. Move-in packets in folders. Static flyers in the lobby. No real sense that you live in a community with the people next door.

Clync is built to change that: a modern resident experience from move-in to move-out, with local deals, neighborhood connection, and tools that meet residents where they already are.

The technology we ship is not built by need-to-profit minds sketching features in a vacuum. It comes from lived experience and a genuine desire to break the grandfather traditions property management companies are stuck with.

We trade master keys for code because we believe the industry deserves tools that respect how leasing teams actually work and how residents actually want to live.
